adequate stay, some shortcomings
unprofessional staff paper cups
The location is convenient with easy access to transit options.
Staff acted unprofessionally at times. I was told food and drink were available 24 hours, but the kitchen was closed late at night. staff refused regular glasses for drinks in the room, offering only paper cups.

bad smell no daily cleaning
The location was close to amenities and the tube station. Our room had everything we needed.
I had a bad smell in the bathroom. It smelled like mold. I also noticed that housekeeping staff did not vacuum the common areas. My room was not cleaned daily.

mixed feelings about my stay
damp towels self-service linen
the room included a kitchenette, and that was helpful.
i had to ask for new towels because housekeeping just re-hung the damp ones. also, i asked for a linen change during my week-long stay. the staff just left a top sheet on the table, expecting me to strip the bed myself. this wasnt really appreciated.
